Customer service was great! I loved how easy it was to communicate through the website. I accidentally mispelled my email when purchasing my small wedding bouquet and boutonnière online so I never received the confirmation number. I was able to communicate with them through the website chat where they updated and gave me all the necessary information for pickup.

Very easy process to ordering the flower package in the color palette needed. Check out was simple and loved that I qualified for free shipping to have the flowers delivered to the hotel to make my wedding day run smoothly. Anastasiya called upon arrival to allow my sister to run down and pick up the flowers for me.
