General Delivery Information
At Bloom Gallery Inc., we do our best to ensure every order is delivered smoothly and with care. To avoid delays, please provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Correct street address with apartment or suite number (if applicable)
- Name under the hotel reservation (if delivering to a hotel)
- Full hospital name and telephone number (for hospital deliveries)
- Recipientโs room number or ward (if delivering to a hospital, when available)
- A working phone number for the recipient (home, office, or mobile)
All hospital deliveries are made in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual patient rooms. Flowers are typically left with the front desk, nursesโ station, or designated receiving department.
Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. We strongly recommend confirming the hospitalโs flower policy before placing your order.
Delivery Instructions
Customers may include delivery instructions in the order notes, such as requests to leave flowers in a safe place, with a concierge, or at a reception desk. While we will make every reasonable effort to follow these instructions, Bloom Gallery Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once flowers are left unattended or accepted by a third party at the customerโs request.
Delivery Windows
Regular Bouquets & Bloom Boxes
For standard flower orders (excluding weddings and events), delivery is scheduled during the day. While we aim to deliver between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
High-Demand Holiday Deliveries
During high-demand holidays, including Valentineโs Day (February 12โ14) and Motherโs Day, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. All orders placed for these dates will be delivered within the day based on route efficiency and volume.
Weddings & Events
Wedding and event items are delivered within the agreed time frame selected at checkout or outlined in the proposal, with deliveries available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Recipient Unavailable / Unsuccessful Delivery
Flowers are perishable and fragile. If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, incorrect information, or lack of access, no refunds can be issued for flowers that could not be delivered.
Our driver will wait up to 15 minutes upon arrival. If delivery still cannot be completed, the flowers will be returned to our studio to preserve their condition.
- Once returned to the studio, the customer may choose one of the following options:
Re-delivery, subject to an additional delivery fee - Free pickup from our studio during business hours
Returned flowers may be held at the studio for up to 48 hours from the first delivery attempt. After this period, no re-delivery or pickup will be available, and the order will be considered fulfilled.
By placing an order, the sender agrees to these delivery terms.
